MINIMUM ORDER

No order is too small. Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to order.

 

PRICES

The prices are shown in SEK, VAT is included in the price by 25%.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Normally goods are shipped within 3-5 days. However, applies with reservation for final sale or possible delivery delays.

In high season, delivery time may increase.

If an item is listed as order item, the delivery time can be 1-2 weeks depending on the type of item and supplier. Furniture that is not in stock can have longer delivery times. Feel free to contact us. order goods, we will find out the delivery time before you order.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The shipping cost for an order is 59: - this is done automatically in the online store and the cost of the shipping is reported at the checkout. Some goods are free of charge if you only order them, in that case it is stated in the text under the item in the webshop. However, it will not be free of freight if you add goods with freight to the same order or if you add additional freight-free goods so that the total weight exceeds the freight-free limit. For bulky and extra heavy goods, an extra charge is charged, currently 89: -

The goods are sent by Postnord, as a letter or as a parcel to the nearest representative. We can also use Schenker or DHL.

If you find any damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or carrier that performed the delivery and make a claim notification. Do not retrieve a damaged package! If you do not detect the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the mail or carrier's handling, you should contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the post or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.

For faster and smoother deliveries, enter your mobile number in the order for SMS notification. We take no financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.

For unresolved shipments, we reserve the right to invoice a fee of SEK 395. Unresolved shipments are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

You can also, without charge, pick up your order in our store in Infra City in Upplands Väsby during our regular opening hours. After 14 days of unclaimed goods with us, both the goods and the payment fall to us.

You pay the money in advance to our bank transfer number 5725-7362. The goods are shipped as soon as the payment is visible in our account. If we have not received your payment within 4 days of the payment, the order will be canceled.

 

- Card payment PAYSON

Cost: 0 kr

With PAYSON you pay securely with a koto, debit card or Internet bank via a payment link, which is displayed after placed order. More information about Payson can be found at www.payson.se.

 

-Invoice KLARNA

Possibility of partial payment
If the payment fails, a reminder fee of SEK 50.00 plus interest rate of 26.00% will be added. At the time of purchase, a credit check is carried out, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit information by mail. Personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation. Klarna processes personal data for the purpose of performing customer analysis, identification, credit control and marketing. Social security numbers are used as customer numbers for customer management purposes.

 

COMPLAINT

Should the item be defective or damaged, please contact us immediately by e-mail: info@inredningscompaniet.se so that we can inform how the return should go. To be able to advertise, a receipt / delivery note is required.

In case of disputes, we follow the Complaints Board's decision.

RETURNS

You have the right under the distance contract law to return ordered flawless goods without giving any reason. If you want to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping.

Notify us of this as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the goods have been received.

We require that the item (s) are unused, whole and returned in original packaging. After we receive the item and check it, we will refund the value of the item. We require a receipt / delivery note in case of open purchase.

Goods returned for postage or collections will not be triggered by us.

DISPUTE
